Idea Storm, as literally explained by its name, wants to collect their brainwaves through the institution of "creative projects" both on-line and off-line. The gathering of ideas does not foresee any tie but puts a particular attention to the sustainable innovation. It is addressed to designers, engineers, entrepreneurs and creative people both in the industrial and consumer sectors.
Each creation is submitted to a step by step evaluation to convert the worthy ones in successful products. Developing them, we take-charge of the risk of industrialization and research of potential investors interested in the patent purchase.
Young creators are involved in each development phase, from the project realization to the market launch, and are paid in relation to the final value and contribution they brought.

2 | Within 30 days from the submission, your idea will be evaluated by our team of specialists with a score going from 1 (minimum) to 5 (maximum); the judgement is based on the following parameters:

3 | If your idea will obtain an evaluation of at least 4 on 5, we will be happy to meet you and give you the chance to show us your project personally. We will then decide together if we can start a fruitful cooperation: you with your idea, us with the expertise of our professionals.
4 | We will then define together the business model, develop the business plan, analyse the patent feasibility and evaluate the potential of the industrialization.
5 | In relation to the market potential, to the risks level, and investments required we will define your percentage of profit share.
1 The undersigned non disclosure agreement is an agreement between the two parties where they agree not to disclose any information covered by the agreement to third parties. Should one of the parties to an NDA share to third parties information without authorization, it would violate the agreement and the penal clauses contained in it would take effect.
